For the béchamel sauce

In a container with water and a little salt, put it to boil for a few minutes the spinach, previously washed. Once you have them, you put them in a colander so that they lose the greatest amount of water possible, after the troceas.

In my case I have chosen one of Pyrex small that allows me to make lasagna individual with ease.
